Mobile Caretaker

Our customers are at the heart of all we do so to ensure they continue getting the highest levels of service, we're looking for a Mobile Caretaker to ensure our properties and communal area's are safe, clean and well-maintained.

This position is permanent and will require travel around various locations in London so the successful candidate must hold a full manual driving license and be able to drive a van. 

You'll keep internal and external communal areas litter-free and clean by emptying and cleaning bins, vacuuming and polishing as well as prioritising health and safety by clearing snow and ice and ensuring hallways are free from obstructions.  If you take pride in all you do and want to play a part in ensuring the scheme's maintained to the highest of standards, we'd love to hear from you!
