1. Introduction
Achēv is seeking proposals from qualified mobile application consulting vendors to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Achēv iOS mobile application and provide clear, actionable recommendations required to achieve successful submission and approval in the Apple App Store.
The purpose of this RFP is to identify a vendor capable of evaluating the current state of the application, diagnosing issues affecting readiness, and delivering a structured remediation roadmap.
2. Background
Achēv has developed a client-facing mobile application intended to support program registration, referrals, content access, event listings, and other services for clients across multiple program areas. The application is integrated with:
• Achēv's Odoo/OneClient CRM
• WordPress-based digital asset management and event systems
• Chatbot services
• A web-based admin panel
