Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across AC, mechanical, electrical, and building fabric systems.
• Maintain, repair and fault‑find AC systems including split systems, VRV/VRF and heat pumps.
• Carry out installations, upgrades and minor modifications as required.
• Ensure all work complies with legislation, safety standards and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues, and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Accurately complete electronic job records, reports, RAMS and compliance documentation.
