Position: Process Engineer Reports To: Plant Manager Salary Range: $100K-$110K Summary Of Job: The purpose of this job is to provide technical process engineering support at a new facility in Chester, South Carolina. The primary function of the role is to lead the process engineering team, ensuring that the site is prepared for success. This role will provide technical support to optimize cost, quality, productivity, and reliability. This would include leading teams of hourly employees and staff in continuous improvement activities to achieve and sustain results in the areas of waste elimination and variation reduction. The candidate should have practical experience in continuous improvement.
