- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines on the use of equipment
- Develop, implement and promote improvement proposals for each area of materials handling (receipt, storage and supply line) to streamline the supply of materials for daily production through kaizenes
- Operational
- Oversee requisitions and projects of material handling area that support the operation of the department
- Coordinate activities of each launch or deployment to ensure no affect to the production and lessen the impact on operations material handling
- Analysis of packaging equipment to reduce or eliminate material damage by containerization
