About the Role

We are committed to raising the standard of education for young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD. As a Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutor or Teacher, you will design and deliver flexible, trauma‑informed tutoring and mentoring to pupils and students from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver flexible, trauma‑informed lessons in Maths, English, or Science.
  • Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
  • Mentor colleagues through the TES CPD suite and a professional mentor.
  • Support the SEND team, ensuring a supportive environment for both tutors and learners.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and company events.
  • Engage in the referral programme and earn rewards for successful tutor referrals.
