ML Applications Engineer

What you'll do:

• Design and deploy data-driven solutions for manufacturing customers using Sparsa's agentic SDK and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, MES systems)
• Build translation layers and adapters to convert customer data pipelines into common schemas that our agents can work with
• Monitor agent performance and create impact reports showing measurable improvements to present to customers
• Serve as primary feedback channel between customer implementations and AI team, translating real-world challenges into technical requirements
• Work directly with enterprise customers during onboarding, solution deployment, and technical workshops for manufacturing stakeholders
• Perform advanced data analysis on manufacturing datasets to identify optimization opportunities and extract actionable insights from production data
