The Strategic Marketing Lead will drive the expansion of PEP into Ready-to-Eat (RTE), Ready-to-Cook (RTC), and Away-from-Home (AFH) segments. This role is responsible for defining and executing a strategic marketing vision that aligns with general brand architecture while adapting to local market dynamics. The position will play a pivotal role in shaping consumer engagement, brand scalability, and innovation across diverse culinary occasions.
