**Description:**

**Administration**

§ Assistsin the implementation of the hotel’s Food & Beverage Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Food & Beverage, and other revenue generating departments where relevant.

§ Ensures beverage operations activities are aligned with the Food & Beverage Strategy, and the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.

§ Assistsin the preparation and update of the Departmental Operations Manuals.

§ Attends regular departmental and cross-departmental meetings and ensure departmentalbriefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.

**Financial**

§ Generates and Manages Cost Reports: Oversee the cost of inventory and supplies and submit reports on a periodic basis. They review cost increases, communicate with vendors to review charges, and apply strategies to lower costs when possible.
