Full & Part Time roles available with an immediate start. The hotel is located in Glasgow’s city centre, featuring the biggest ballroom in Scotland and an award‑winning Champagne Central Bar. Over 140 years of culture and history are showcased in relaxing spaces for guests to enjoy.

Responsibilities

• Create and serve signature cocktails, mix drinks, and offer creative new concoctions.
• Stay updated on seasonality and cocktail trends, and suggest new options to guests.
• Deliver confident, personable, and glamorous service with a dash of showmanship.
