This hands-on manufacturing role focuses on producing adhesive products by accurately following batch tickets and recipe instructions. You will work with powders, chemicals, and raw materials to mix and monitor glue batches, handle materials throughout the facility, and maintain detailed production documentation using SAP and internal systems. The position is on 1st shift with overtime available as needed and requires comfort in a physically demanding industrial environment.
