Job Summary SERVPRO Team Bisig is seeking a dependable and motivated Mitigation Technician to join our restoration team.
This role is responsible for performing water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation services at residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in fast-paced, emergency-response environments while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Perform water damage mitigation, including extraction, drying, and monitoring Execute fire and smoke damage cleanup, including debris removal and odor control Conduct mold remediation in accordance with industry and company standards Set up, monitor, and remove drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers) Perform demolition and controlled tear-out as required Document job progress with photos, moisture readings, and daily job notes Follow all safety procedures, OSHA standards, and SERVPRO protocols Communicate...
