Norconsult Telematics in Damascus, Syria, is seeking a Data Centre Design Governance Lead to own the design review, quality gates, and ensure compliance with mission‑critical standards before procurement.

You will act as design authority, sign off on critical power, cooling, security and resilience, and guide EPC stage from concept through commissioning, with travel to sites as required and fluency in English; Arabic is essential.
