Job Purpose:
Ensuring smooth administrative support for the office
Dealing with suppliers to provide the administrative support.
Implementing other administrative tasks as needed and upon request.
Responsibilities:
Purchase office supplies, stationery, laptop, landline…
Provide administrative assistance to staff and management.
Work with HR Manager to organize staff activities.
Coordinate travel and lodging accommodation for staff, management and visitors.
Coordinate the services of visa and resident cards for expatriates and foreign visitors.
Liaise with the building management to maintain good office services (air conditioning, power, hygiene, safety, etc.)
