We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven MIS Manager to lead our Management Information Systems (MIS) and Reporting team. The MIS Manager will oversee report development, data governance, analytics operations, dashboards, automation, and performance insights across our BPO programs.

This role is responsible for managing a team of MIS Analysts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports, supporting operational leaders with data-driven insights, and driving continuous improvements in reporting processes.
