MIS Lead

We are seeking an experienced Additional MIS Lead with a strong background in Business Analysis and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate will possess 15–20 years of experience in managing business information systems, data analytics, and strategic decision support functions within a financial or IT services environment.
Key Responsibilites:

• Lead MIS design, development, and automation initiatives for internal and client projects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and performance metrics.
• Manage data extraction, validation, and reporting from multiple systems.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all MIS reports.
• Develop dashboards and analytical insights to support management decisions.
• Mentor and guide junior MIS and data analysts.
