Work closely with system vendor to identify and resolve application issues.

Provide training and support on current and future IT systems and applications across the business.

Implement policies and procedure to control IT assets and IT working flow.

Responsible to fulfill guideline ISO9001, ISO14001

Any other responsibility assigned by the superior from time to time.
