Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage Windows OS, Microsoft Intune, SCCM, and Autopilot for device deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement security policies and compliance measures for end-user devices.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and software installations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve device management and automation.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
- Oversee and maintain air conditioning (Aircon) systems to ensure proper cooling for IT equipment.
- Manage Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to provide backup power during outages.
