Position Overview

Steps Ahead (Private) Limited is looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined MIS Coordinator to support effective data management, system coordination, and reporting activities. The role involves close coordination with Head Office and regional teams to ensure accurate MIS operations and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure discipline, efficiency, and effective utilization of the MIS team.
  • Conduct training sessions for new modules and projects as required.
  • Test new Salesforce releases/updates and submit testing results to Head Office.
  • Act as a liaison between Head Office and Regional Teams for system-related issues.
  • Prepare and submit monthly MIS/data reports as per regional requirements.
