Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and maintain MIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Assign and track tickets to field engineers as per priority and workload.
  • Prepare and manage engineer-wise branch visit reports.
  • Coordinate asset management activities for the entire Tamil Nadu and Kerala (TN & KL) region.
  • Act as a central point of coordination between engineers, branches, and management.
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting for all operational activities.
