Job Description

Ubiquity is seeking an MIS Analyst to turn large data sets into clear, actionable insights. You’ll develop and distribute contact center reporting, maintain dashboards, and ensure data integrity across all reporting requirements.

You’ll collaborate with Workforce leaders, site managers, and sales leaders to modify and create new reports, automate processes with macros and VBA, and lead user acceptance testing for data tools. Your work will feed KPI dashboards from daily to annual planning.
