This role will oversee a mix of internal teams and contractors undertaking Electrical, Plumbing, Painting / Decorating, Glazier, Carpentry maintenance and minor works activities across multiple residential premises in the South West / Great Southern Regions.

Base Criteria
Ideally Qualified with 7+ years experience in Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing or Trade background and 3+ years Building Maintenance and Minor Works supervisory experience working within Housing, Aged Care, Resorts or Apartments.
