Ministry Support Executive (Worship and Music)

Responsibilities

A. Ministry Focus - Worship

• Assist in planning and preparing order of worship's run sheet for all celebration services and special events.
• Work with Pastoral Team Member to implement plans for all types of services (Celebration Services, Special Services and Corporate Services).
• Ensure all media slides and videos from worship leaders, pastors and communications department are properly collated and uploaded for all services.

B Budget & Inventory

• Assist in planning the annual ministry budget.
• Assist in coordinating the procurement, maintenance, and replacement of music-related equipment, supplies, and instruments maintain the music library of original scores and conduct an annual stocktake of the library.
