Mining Training & Compliance Specialist

Durpro Workforce Solutions is looking for a Training Officer for one of the largest diamond operations in South Africa. You will apply the full training cycle in the Mining Discipline, ensuring all training meets legal and safety standards.

The ideal candidate should possess a Blasting Certificate, have experience as a Miner or Shift Boss, and excel in training learners. Responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, training interventions, and maintaining effective training results.
