Duties & Responsibilities

A Mining house based in the Gauteng region is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager

Duties:

Contribute to the development of strategic plans.  Lead and manage resources to deliver production targets and projects as required. Maintenance Strategy . Develop, implement and monitor engineering maintenance, risk and operational strategies and plans. Provide and oversee engineering services, infrastructure (roads, power, water) and equipment availability are adequate and maintained to meet operational goals. Continuous Improvement. Manage, implement and contribute to continuous improvement and asset optimisation initiatives and projects for engineering processes

Qualifications/Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical

Government Certificate of Competency - Mine & Works

At least 8yrs experience as a appointed / appointee

Must have deep level Mining experience
