Reporting to the Open Pit Engineering Supervisor, you will facilitate communication between Engineering, Geology, and Mine Operations, managing all short-range production activities. Your role includes creating and communicating mine plans, analyzing ore blends, and mentoring newer engineers to drive operational excellence across the Meadowbank Complex.
Key Responsibilities: • Produce and communicate weekly Open Pit mine plans • Track waste dump development compliance • Conduct haul road inspections and submit reports • Report daily production advances at meetings • Provide drill patterns and limits to survey teams
