Job Description

Sibanye-Stillwater in the North West region of South Africa invites applications for a Mining Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in safe, efficient production. You will monitor safety, compliance, and production metrics while coordinating with maintenance, logistics, and external service providers.

The role requires at least 3 years mining experience at the miner level, a National Certificate Supervisor Operations (QCTO), and blasting or equivalent certificates.
