Your new role

As the Superintendent of Mine Planning, you will lead and develop a team of Short-Term Planning Engineers and Surveyors to deliver high-quality mining plans for operational execution. You will oversee short-term mine planning, stope design, and drill-and-blast prints, ensuringpliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Your role includes mentoring your team, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering strong collaboration between technical and operational personnel.

What you'll need to succeed
