Mine Operations Supervisor Position

Lead operations as a Supervisor in Mine Services, overseeing drilling and blasting crews. Ensure safe, efficient production while collaborating closely in a structured 4x4-Day Shift schedule.
The Supervisor for Mine Operations will report to the Superintendent and engage in optimizing crew functions. You will manage blast crews, engage in mine planning, and coordinate safety initiatives. This position demands a comprehensive approach to production objectives and environment responsibility through effective mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee health and safety program adherence
• Lead and optimize drilling and blasting tasks

Requirements:
• Valid Mine Operations Supervisor certification
