Mine Manager

Manage all open pit mining activities in line with Mine Health and Safety Act, ensures that the people are motivated, all financial management of the mine activities are kept within targets and production of the correct quantity and quality of Manganese.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective management of open pit mining operations, including but not limited to the following:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to production teams to achieve planned mining and production targets
• Hold and execute the statutory responsibilities associated with the MHSA Section 3.1(a) legal appointment.
• Support the General Manager in the execution of operational, technical, and strategic responsibilities
• Drive adherence to approved mine plans, schedules, and business objectives.
