Purpose: Reporting to the Chief Mine Engineer, the Mine Engineering Graduate is responsible for the coordination and delivery of mine engineering services.
Responsibilities
- Develop short‑ to medium‑term (0–12 months) mine plans and schedules.
- Conceptual design and evaluation of mine design and scheduling options.
- Participate in the preparation of first‑principle cash‑flow modelling.
- Monitor and evaluate production stoping QA/QC.
- Provide support to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical, operations and maintenance teams to contribute to a safe and efficient mine operation.
