Requirements National Senior Certificate of equivalent NQF4. Trade Test Certificate. 3 years post trade experience. Strong mechanical and manufacturing experience. Experience in a food manufacturing industry will be advantageous. Responsibilities Daily routine inspections, repairs and maintenance of machines. Perform scheduled routine preventative maintenance and services. Diagnose root cause of mechanical malfunctions and repair.
