Job Title: Millwright/Balance Technician (Edmonton Shop)

Responsibilities

• Most days will be spent engaging in maintenance of rotating equipment, including steam turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, valves, and components such as rotors, diaphragms, and bearings.
• Disassembly and cleaning of OEM units.
• Detailed inspection and documentation of findings in both paper and digital formats.
• Low-speed balancing of components.
• Assembly and packaging of units as instructed by a lead Journeyman Millwright.

Safety and workplace organization are emphasized: each day begins with a mandatory group safety meeting, and adherence to safety protocols is essential. Maintain a clean and organized work environment and keep the work area tidy before leaving the shift.
