Millwright

Overview

We are seeking a Millwright to support the maintenance of manufacturing and packaging equipment at Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. The position is full‑time, permanent, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. Standard hours are Wednesday to Friday and every fourth Saturday from 6:30pm to 6:30am. The base pay is $47.96 per hour with evening, night and weekend premiums. Hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays are compensated at one‑and‑one‑half (1.5) times the regular hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment during breakdown situations.
• Install and modify equipment as required.
• Repair parts in shop.
• Work in a processing environment while maintaining food safety.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other trades groups to complete project assignments.
