Our client in Kitchener is looking for an experienced Millwright to join their team in a full-time permanent role!

Hours on day shift from 7:am-3:pm


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Millwright is responsible for installing, assembling, dismantling, and cleaning machinery, conveyor systems, pulleys, mechanical clutches, gear boxes, hydraulic and pneumatic control systems.

  • Transport and locate machines and equipment to the desired location as directed using fork lifts, hoists, winches, cranes and other equipment.

  • Disassemble & assemble machines or equipment from their component parts.

  • The Millwright must understand how a machine functions to assemble and disassemble it properly; this may involve knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, and computer systems.
