Job Description
Johnson Electric seeks a skilled Millwright for our Ancaster, ON facility. This position focuses on advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repairs on a straight day shift schedule.
You'll apply your technical proficiency to support the efficient functioning of our machinery. The role includes repairing various mechanical equipment and systems, along with the possibility of mentoring apprentices. Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of industry standards are vital for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct complex troubleshooting and repairs on machinery
• Install and commission industrial equipment and systems
• Interpret diagrams and manuals for effective maintenance
• Coordinate and oversee contractor maintenance work
• Utilize CMMS/EAM for tracking maintenance activities
