You will ensure each facility meets production capacity and proactively address breakdowns while prioritizing safety and quality. This role requires a commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure facilities operate at maximum production capacity
• Address breakdown events swiftly and safely
• Monitor and inspect mechanical equipment proactively
• Maintain inventories of parts and supplies efficiently
• Promote safety culture while adhering to policies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of industrial Millwright experience
