The pay rate to start is $45.52 + after 3 months $49.83. All employees that follow a Continental Shift get 4 hours of OT, full 100% paid benefits, and paid pension.
The shift is a continental shift rotation: 5 am-5:30 P.M. for two weeks and 5:00 P.M – 5:30 am for two weeks, working 14 days out of 28 days in a month.
