Join United Gear & Machine Works Ltd. as a Millwright focusing on gearbox refurbishment in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll be key in repairs, installations, and testing of gearboxes.
As the Millwright reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a crucial role in the refurbishment and installation of gearboxes and specialized equipment. With over three years of technician experience, you'll handle gearboxes' teardown, inspection, and troubleshooting. You're also expected to mentor junior technicians, ensuring excellence in client relations and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Refurbish and install gearboxes and other equipment
• Perform teardown, inspection, and testing of gearboxes
• Serve as a key site contact between client and office
• Mentor junior staff, enhancing their skills
Requirements:
• Red seal Millwright or related qualification
• 3+ years of experience in a machine shop
