Millwright Apprentice

The Maintenance Technician / Millwright Apprentice is responsible for the maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, installation, and optimization of production machinery, mechanical systems, and facility equipment to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. This hybrid role combines industrial maintenance responsibilities with hands‑on millwright apprenticeship development.

Reporting to the Maintenance Lead, Production Manager, and/or designated Journeyperson Millwright, the incumbent performs preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, equipment installations, mechanical rebuilds, precision alignments, and troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.

The successful candidate will contribute to reducing equipment downtime, improving reliability, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and developing advanced mechanical trade skills while working independently and under qualified trade supervision.
