Millwright Apprentice

Summary

Under general supervision, the Millwright assists in executing the maintenance program for the facility, performing preventative maintenance, breakdown, troubleshooting, and repairs. The Millwright also assists with equipment installation and improvements and may participate in a rotational on‑call schedule. All tasks are completed in compliance with Forum’s HSE program and initiatives, ensuring the core value that No One Gets Hurt. May handle special projects as assigned.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repair, and installation work with high quality, workmanship, and attention to detail.
• Utilize and manage the CMSS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to log all maintenance and repair activity.
