**Job Description**
The Mill Operator operates and maintains CNC mills to produce precision components in accordance with engineering prints and established quality standards. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, careful attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced machining environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate CNC mills to produce precision parts that meet engineering prints and quality specifications.
+ Run mills consistently and efficiently, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met.
+ Interpret and follow blueprints to set up and execute machining operations correctly.
+ Change tooling as required for different jobs and verify proper tool selection and installation.
+ Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to perform accurate measurements and verify part dimensions.
