Mill Operator

As a Mill Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive atmosphere while ensuring smooth production operations. You will be responsible for packaging products according to production schedules and sequencing requirements, as well as disposing of spill, partial bag, and flush material according to guidelines.

• Weigh, load, and unload trucks and customer vehicles.
• Perform housekeeping duties, including tasks at the top of the mill.
• Follow directions from supervisors and management.
• Notify supervisors of any manufacturing problems.
• Inspect equipment before loading.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Adhere to biosecurity and BSE rules.
