Enhance mechanical maintenance efficiency as a Mill Maintenance Planner at IAMGOLD's Côté Gold Mine Site. This vital role focuses on scheduling, planning, and improving mill operations.
As the Mill Maintenance Planner, you'll report to the Mill Chief Planner, where you’ll be responsible for developing and overseeing maintenance and project plans. Your focus will be on enhancing reliability and efficiency in mill operations while supporting IAMGOLD’s commitment to safety. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive improvements in planning processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive mechanical maintenance work packages
• Maintain a proactive 2–4-week maintenance backlog
• Support and coordinate shutdown planning activities
• Lead planning meetings with various teams
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
