The Milk Technician supports the organization's mission by providing patient-centered care through the safe preparation of infant formula and human milk for a level III NICU. Key responsibilities include:
+ Interpreting technical physician orders and ensuring accurate dosing.
+ Maintaining aseptic conditions in the preparation room and ensuring safe operation of equipment.
+ Managing supply inventory, training new staff, and adhering to all policies and procedures.
