Responsibilities

• This role will entail the monitoring of built facility capacities & analysis of capacity planning drivers to meet intended customer experience, serviceability, quality, and financial/profitability outcomes.
• Leads the support team for the end to end management of assigned projects to operationally support delivery of assigned products/services.
• Coordination within Globe support groups to ensure timeliness of project delivery.
• Works with the operations team to ensure smooth operations for the product and identify process gaps that need to be addressed.
• Work closely with Product Team/Product Managers for product rationalization projects.
