**MIG Welder | 1st Shift**

We're looking for an experienced **MIG Welder** to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll fabricate and weld a variety of sheet metal and structural steel products, including conveyors, tanks, frames, guards, chutes, covers, and more.
If you take pride in your craftsmanship, can read blueprints, and enjoy working on custom metal fabrication projects, we'd love to hear from you.
**What You'll Do**
+ Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel (14-gauge through 1/4)
+ Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, sketches, and layouts
+ Fit, fabricate, and assemble metal products to specifications
+ Use grinders, sanders, and hand tools to finish welded products
+ Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy
+ Mark and identify finished components correctly
