JCB, the UK's leading manufacturer of construction and agricultural equipment, are looking for keen and talented MIG Welders to join us at our site in Rocester on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.


The 4 on 4 off MIG Welder role comes with a favourable hourly rate of £29.33 per hour.
Here are some of the daily tasks you could be handling in this fast-paced, target-driven environment:

  • Welding in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) using MIG welding of mild steel.
  • You must possess the ability to read and understand welding drawings
  • Have effective verbal, and written skills

    • To apply for the MIG Welding position, you will need an eye for detail, a high level of accuracy and a good timekeeping and attendance record. Previous MIG welding experience is essential for this position.
