This role focuses on MIG welding mid-grade and heavy steel and aluminum components for industrial radiators used in warehouses, production facilities, and data centers. You interpret welding blueprints and job orders, set up and perform high-quality welds, and ensure all work meets established ISO and quality standards. The position requires a strong attention to detail, consistent workmanship, and the ability to work safely in a busy metal fabrication environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review written and verbal job orders and interpret welding specifications in accordance with applicable codes, alignment requirements, dimensional tolerances, and inspection standards.
+ Read and understand welding blueprints and prints to determine weld locations, dimensions, and required techniques.
