**Job Description**
This role focuses on performing high-quality MIG welding and fabrication work in a clean, climate-controlled environment. You will interpret work instructions and blueprints, set appropriate weld parameters, and execute a variety of welds using modern welding equipment and tools to support production and fabrication needs.
**Responsibilities**
+ Read and follow detailed work instructions to complete welding and fabrication tasks accurately and safely.
+ Interpret and work from blueprints to understand weld symbols, joint configurations, and fabrication requirements.
+ Set and adjust MIG weld parameters, including spray arc and short circuit modes, to achieve proper weld quality and penetration.
+ Perform fillet and groove welds using GMAW (MIG) processes in accordance with specified standards and procedures.
